Assembly
Unscrew and remove the brass Atomizer cap Insert the batteries into the XHaler with the –Negative being at the bottom and the +Positive on top toward the Atomizer Cap. Replace the Atomizer Cap Screw the atomizer onto the XHaler Fill a cartridge with your favorite NHaler Juice Vape Away!!

Maintaining your XHaler for
optimum performance
- Do not vape any atomizers when dry. The high voltage option will burn out dry atomizers almost immediately. Apply 3 to 4 drops of eLiquid on the atomizers before using the XHaler.
- To achieve maximum battery performance, the included batteries should be fully discharged and recharged 2 to 3 times.
- Caution: Use only the charger that came with the batteries. DO NOT charge 3.7V batteries with the charger that came with the 3v Batteries or Vice Versa. This could cause an explosion.
- Do not mix batteries. Keep them in pairs. Mixing batteries will produce unfavorable results.
- After continued use, the manual button may not make sufficient contact to ensure a perfect vaping experience. To clean the button contact, please follow this procedure:
- Remove the top and bottom caps.
- Remove the batteries.
- You will see where the button makes contact with the XHaler body.
- Take a Qtip with rubbing alcohol or a thin cloth of some type.
- Clean the area that the switch makes contact with the body and itself.
- You can also apply a small amount of Noalox or similar product to these areas
- Make sure the switch and switch housing are flush with the body when you reassemble.
- Also make sure the unit is dry and free of alcohol before using.
- If the vapor mist is significantly reduced while puffing but the battery is still charged, the cartomizer is used up and should be replaced with a new one.
- Cartridges are available in various flavors and nicotine levels and may be purchased for about $30 for a pack of 10, less that the cost of a carton of regular cigarettes.
The Xhaler can be completely disassembled for periodic cleaning. Brass will tarnish over time so to keep the brass shiny and new looking, you can use any type of brass cleaner such as Flitz, Brasso, etc. Just make sure to remove all polishing residue before vaping.
